Hello everyone! I have something to share today. I’ve found something wonderful today. Every time i see grass, usually i try to find clover there, but not the usual one, but the four leaf clover. I’ve never found it since it didn’t try so hard, neither i give enough time to search.

But today……actually i walked around with my youngest daughter and suddenly we found a bunch of clover growing in our garden. So i told her that i want to find four leaf clover since it’s a symbol of good luck. So without any expectations, we were looking diligently to find one, but we were so determined and we gave our time and mind to search for it. Fortunately after a while, i found one, my daughter found one too, we were so excited and we were so eager to find another one. At the end, we found 7 of it, as you can see in the picture.

As i saw all of the four leaf clovers, suddenly something came to my mind. How often do we search for something that is precious, like a goal of life, answer for our problem, soulmate or somebody who can understand and accept us for who we are, our dream job, our passion, something that can make our life more meaningful, and so on. Actually this “some kind of thing” that we search, is not far from us. It could be so near, that we aren’t even aware to see, like i found this clovers in my own garden, instead of some other parks out there!

Sometimes we prefer to believe that the things that we search is hard to find or somewhere far away to be reached, just because something around us are quite normal, it’s not something extraordinary or grandiose, but it’s actually what we need or what we are looking for.

As example, i try to find new job, and i found a job that quite challenging for me, but it’s far from my house. I have to travel 1 hour 15 Minutes to reach the workplace. It’s new and modern workplace so i thought it would be cool to work there. Unfortunately they won’t hire me, and i was really disappointed at that time. Some other days, i tried to look for another job vacancy and i saw one that wasn’t so interesting for me at the first time, but i would like to try to apply, since it’s nearby my house. At the last minute before the job vacancy closed, i applied without any expectation also. Another few days, the employer invited me for interview and i was accepted. As i thought about it, i am so grateful that i wasn’t accepted for another job that i wanted so badly. This job is even better, they offer me better salary and it’s also nearby.

Sometimes what we want, it’s not always the best for us, but God always gives us something that suit as better, or something that we need, more than what we think or want. The thing that we are searching for is as far as we pray. We don’t always directly get the answers after praying, but we experience peace,l and strength to face the problems. We have clear mind, so that we can also see from other perspectives, that’s how we find the answers of our problems and the answers could be something nearby us or close to us, or even we find it deep down in our hearts. So…let us give some time to sit and pray. Then next step would be…give some time to think and search thoroughly, open our heart and eyes for all of possibilities around us first. Then…we will find what we are looking for.
